So this is kinda weird. I built my pc recently and when I tried to overclock everything was fine. Then i noticed i was not gaming at 144 hertz so I went to my display setting and the whole screen flickers like crazy for 2 seconds then if I scroll on chrome or just on my desktop drag something it goes crazy until I stop. My gpu is kinda old but I dont think its failing since it was not used much (i say about a year). Also my psu is good since i got it from my brother cause the one i had was completely modular and his was semi with higher watts. Besides those and my HDD everything else is new. My GPu dos not hit high temps also most it hits with max recommend overclock is 72 on load.Also I use afterburner for overclocking and i tried the AMD one but it was worse.

1st monitor:Acer - GN246HL 24.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor
2nd:Acer - B346CK 34.0" 3440x1440 60Hz Monitor
PSU: Corsiar CX750M
P.S I use both these monitors at once but the second one not at 4k but its not the problem cause i tried to unplug it and it still did artifact on my 1st monitor not it does not on my second monitor it only happend once. Also when I load into games on 60 hertz on the loading screen it will artifact.
