Not sure where this belongs. I have an acer aspire E5-575-338m with windows 10 pro on a kingston hyperx savage ssd
Ive been trying to install macos X snow Leopard, which i bought a retail copy.
ive tryed using boot loaders like iboot to get it to boot to anything but windows. i know the dvd drive works for boot i tryed my window 7 ult cd and it booted just fine
but any time i use iboot it boots right into windows. iboot is the only one i have found so far with easy to follow download and useage instuctions.
Hope someone on here knows how to help or aleast tell me if am wasting my time with this laptop. cause its one that isnt compitable with macos.
My reason for doing this is I grewup with pc's and its the only system I am fimilar with. I'd like to play around with a macos without having to spend alot of money
just to learn a new os that I know nothing about. The ssd that i have in the laptop is the drive I would like to install on.
