Hello I was contacting you today because I am having a problem with my graphics card (same card listed above) has crashed at random times when I am on my computer, most notably when I play games such as Overwatch but can happen even if I'm just watching a youtube video. I have done various things such as uninstall/reinstall the drivers, move the card to a different PCIE slot, and change the settings on the games to the lowest settings resulting in no resolve. I have also visually inspected the card and have not found any damage, and have ran the card through various stress test such as Superpossition benchmarks, as well as Cinebench with no signs of malfunction, finally the last steps I have taken is going into Wattman, and or MSI afterburner and changing the power limit, and voltage.
What is the next step that I should be taking? I just contacted the manufacture for support and I'm expecting a reply with a artificial answer.
