can't mount stock fan (am I an idiot)

Hi I am in the building process and I don't see how to mount the stock cpu fan. When I looked up a video there were standoffs in the holes but, I don't see where to screw them in. pls help link to build: https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/vpYcCJ/modest-amd-gaming-build#cx3109766

Where should I put fans in the nzxt s340

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/ghostdragonzero/saved/ZBXVYJ That's my build right now Was thinking of adding some Noctua fans and replacing the stock ones. My question is about where to put them. The stock fans are on the top and back of the case and I have the 2 fans attached to the radiator from the water cooling. Should I get 2 fans for the front of the case? Or just replace the stock ones? Also thinking of upgrading my PSU to accommodate for future upgrades to come. Thoughts?
