Thanks for the ideas! I was able to find better parts on eBay (used) so that i can save some money. I found a 3.9 GHz Intel i3, 4 gb of sdram, a 1 tb sata hard drive, the asus asus rog strix b250i gaming motherboard(not sure about where to get fans yet. Im not gonna buy a power supply on ebay because if it's faulty, it could fry my mobo) for $250. This didn't include a monitor, and im going to get a case from a family member, probably. When i get more money, ill ad a 1050 or 1050 ti, and more ram. Im not even old enough to work and make more money, so the budget is veeeeeery tight. Currently I have a hp laptop with a 2.0 GHz quad-core AMD A6-7310 cpu with integrated Radeon r4 graphics, 3.5 gbs of ram, and a 450 gb hard drive Here's a picture of my "dual monitor display" (just a laptop with hdmi to an old tv)
