Yeah, im not sure if buying a better motherboard would be the answer. Doubt it but I will try. I have tried 2 gpus but they do the same. 2 Cpus and they do the same. I feel like ram could be an issue with the mobo of some sort, since its not listed on the memory support list on Asrock website. I tried this ram on another pc aand is all working fine there. Thank you for trying to help me

Tried different keyboard and mouse and no fix what so ever. I feel like its my cpu/motherboard for some reason. All of this started about a 2 months ago. and I still did not manage to fix it. In my opinion it is some kind of driver or compatibility in my system. I feel like getting an i5 4690K in the near future. Could it be that my heat sink is too tight? Should I give it a try? I feel like if i lose it up a bit it wont run properly.

Average gpu usage is at 99 but out of no where it would just drop to about 50 sometimes even 0. And for cpu is about 50% i did rma my 760 though because it was even causing flashes and weird things. I tried another that was gone but that stutter was still there.

stutters like it just stops for split second keeps going. Everything freezes for that split second. I just installed new windows and its still the same, all the gpu drivers up to date. And my task manager is fine. Nothing that causes cpu/memory/hdd usage.

So I have this pc with: Asrock 970 Extreme 3, FX8320 (Hyper 212 Evo cooler), GTX760, V650 PSU, 8GB Crucial Ballistix Ram. I have tried swapping parts out for every single component Does not fix it. Tried re installing windows, does not fix it, monitoring temps, they are all below 60C(GPU) 45C(CPU). Please help me, I really dont know what to do anymore. I feel like its driver issued but i dont know what to think. I have over a month that this started out of nowhere. Someone please help. Only thing I saw last time was the frame latency and gpu usage spike. Again please help and thanks for your help.
