  1. Update: Did a couple test runs, started to artifact when Superposition loaded both GPU cores. Mmm, full run of the Benchmark get a score for 1200... thats low, average FPS is 11, from a DUAL GPU card... there is still something wrong with it. ohh well. Games run fine and stable, other then some random flicker on the second monitor during 3D aplications.
  2. Oven is currently only used as a storage. Its an old manual light oven. Have new stove range on delivery. Honestly, i havent tested with my new build. It was with a 3570k @ 3.8Ghz. Now its on a 7600k @ 5Ghz with 16gb of GSkill Trident. Ill run some benchmarks as soon as i get home. I wanna test stability.
  3. A few yers ago, i found a 7990 on craigslist for around 450, about half the price of what it was going for online. Talked to the seller, he said it works just fine, but will slowly over heat. So i bought it. Sure enough, ofter 5 minutes of load, it would get loud and start to throttle down to 500mhz. Took it apart and found many issues. Thermal compound felt like clay, missing thermal pads on main components. So i replace all that and got a stable card over clocked to 1160. Ran like that for years. Gave my old 580 gtx a slap to the face, 60fps on everthing i used. Then, death. Card stopped outputing, and when it would work, crashes. Pop my 580 back in with all its 1.5 gb of sadness. Tore down 7990, found no damage, put it away disassembled. 6 months later, after i forgot about it, i find it covered in dust, sad and forgotten. OVEN TIME. So yesterday, i cleaned it all off, used some QC Electronic Parts cleaner, spray it all down, let dry. Set oven to 260, and place card in for about 10 minutes. What else do i have to lose. IT WORKED AGAIN!!!
