  1. Thx for the suggestion, but they have changed the mounting holes just a bit, but enough to make it impossible. :(
  2. Thx for the advice and the case is so nice, but my cooler is just 1 cm too high for it to fit. :)
  3. Hi Guys! I have a build right now that I find a bit boring. I want to switch case, add some RGB and put it on my desk. My build: Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro M (Acrylic side window) MB : ASUS ROG Z370-H GamingCPU : Intel i5-8600k CPU Cooler: Noctua nh-d15RAM : 16 GB Corsair Vengence Pro(/Non-RGB)GPU : MSI RTX 2080 Gaming TrioM.2 SSD : Samsung Evo 970 Pro 512GBPSU : CoolerMaster 850watt GoldMonitor: Asus Rog PQ279QKeyboard: Corsair K95 RGBMouse: Steelseries Rival 300Headset: Corsair Void Pro All my casefans are noctua pwm, but I am willing to switch some of them for RGB fans. I plan on using the Corsair Commander Pro to control both RGB and Fan Speed. Also since I dont have a RGB header on my mb. Do you have any ideas to what case could do the trick? Thank you so much!
  4. The 2080Ti is a bit more than I can afford at the moment, so I´m afraid it cant be considered. Is there a special EVGA card, FW3 or some, there a better than others with cooling and general OC, and also... Is there something to keep in mind, when buying a used card? Sorry for the noob question And thank you! The forum seems very friendly !
  5. Hey guys! Hope you guys can give me some input in what card I should choose as my next one. My system is of now: MOBO: ASUS ROG z370-h CPU: I5-8600k GPU: ASUS ROG 1070 RAM: 16 gb ddr4 vengance 3000mhz PSU: 550W Corsair Vengance. Monitor: ASUS ROG 1440p 165hz. (Can´t remember the model) I have the 1070 overclocked to 2050mhz stabile at 67 degrees, but the performance is kinda of lacking after switching from 1080p 144 hz to to 1440p 165 hz. I have looked at the 1080ti as a solution to my problems, but don´t know if that would be smart. Or if a 1070 SLI would have its place in any of this? Thank you for helping!
  6. Well as my games become more demanding, I´m sure to overclock it a bit. But I really dont need more than 144 fps in any games thus far I think the CPU cooler has to be switched later on to a bigger and better one for a decent overclock
  7. Thank you for the input! I might buy another fan for the case to get a bit better airflow, but I can see the temp isnt going to do much harm. Thank you again!
  8. No overclocking, just running stock speed which seems to suffice in getting ultra settings in the latest AAA titles.
  9. Well, my previous CPU was a i5-4690k and on 100# load it didn´t get higher than 60 C. It might just be a fear from building my first setup with no help. Is it just "Bro Science" that your CPU shouldnt be higher than 60 C with no overclock and a aftermarket cooler? Thanks for replying!
  10. Hi guys! I have a question about the temps in my build. I have a Bitfenix Nova case with two 120mm front fans, and a masterliquid lite 120mm in a push config to the back. My CPU is a i5-8600k. My idle temp is about 28-30 C. During gaming with loads around 80-90% I get temps at 67-70 C. From my perspective it seems a bit high, but can you guys pitch in? Thanks!
