I have always loved computers....they have always interested me. I remember when i moved into the house i am currently in now, when i was in Year 3 and i got my first ever Dell Optiplex Windows XP tower! I was so happy, it COULDNT connect to the Internet, and the only thing i did was write documents and make folders, i would literally write a document about anything and everything, ranging from lyrics to Popular Christmas carols , to copying down the name of every business card i had collected over time and making random PowerPoint presentations.
Ever Since, i have gotten more and more computers. I got a Chromebook for Xmas 2015( my first ever laptop). Then on New Years day 2016 i got my ThinkPad which was my first Windows laptop, at the time i thought this machine was amazing, but then.... i learnt about SPECS and oh boy did i realise i needed an upgrade. I continued to use the ThinkPad for a year until i found a Macbook in a skip, yes you read it correctly, a MACBOOK. This macbook had no HDD, no RAM, No battery. But it did have a Charger. So i spent about £150 fixing and repairing this laptop to make it work perfectly, which it still does to this day, the only setback is fan noise during intensive tasks.To originally fix this macbook i took apart my ThinkPad which was a bad idea, because my Macbook was not good enough and the ThinkPad was in pieces, i resorted to using a fujitsu laptop that my mum had bought me as they were selling them off from her office. Now this laptop was only a 2nd gen i3 with 4gb ddr3 RAM. So i upgraded it to 12gb ram and it worked fine, lasted me 6 months until FINALLY, after 2 YEARS of waiting for a new laptop. I finally got my current one. a Lenovo IdeaPad 320, Intel Core i5 7200u, 8gb DDR4 RAM, 128gb SSD, 1tb External Western Digital HDD.
I was over the moon with this.
Now all of that story takes me to now, where i am currently working on a similar project to Taran, where he made a macro keyboard, I am doing the same using similar scripts to him.
