It probably isn't prompting me to activate it because i haven't turned on Windows Update for nearly 4 years

But the thing is i don't know if my Windows 7 that i am currently using is genuine, or that doesn't matter?

So i decided to upgrade to Windows 10 but before doing it i want to know if its free for me. So i bought my laptop a few years ago and originally it had Windows 8 on it but i had a person downgrade it for me to Winodws 7. I wanted to know if i can upgrade to Windows 10 for free now or will i still need the license key? Because one person said "All Windows 8/8.1/10 OEM systems have a product key embedded on the motherboard." If thats true, after i install Windows 10 will the Microsoft Office be free or will i need a seperate key for it?

Also i just turned on the updates because i had them turned off for nearly 4 years and i got bombarded with over 200 updates, should i install them all or no? If i install all of them it will update to Windows 10 right?

Oh well sorry, i don't remember the price or anything because it was a a few years ago. All i know when i bought it it had Windows 8 i used it for a little time and i had a person downgrade them for me because i didn't like them. I don't understand a lot about computers but is it possible for me to install linux or will that be too complicated for me?

So i bought my Acer Aspire V3-772G with Windows 8 Pre-installed but i had a person downgrade it for me to windows 7, and i want to do a factory reset now, will it reset to Windows 8 or what? And also will i need a license key? If so i don't have one..

I would but the store where i bought it from is arround 1 hour away, also i don't have my drivers license, i ain't 18 yet.

Also i didn't buy them from the Razer store or whatever, i bought them from a tech store, i don't even remember how long the waranty was.

I actually totally forgot that i pluged them into my phone and they sounded as bad as on my laptop..

So i had my Razer Kraken Pro headset for around 1 year, and today i was watching a youtube video and the sound suddenly became so sh*t that i couldn't even understand what was being said, I thought the video had a bad audio quality so i played a song and it sounded like it was from a concert hall, it also didn't have any bass. I tried messing with the audio jack by plugging it in and out, then i left the audio jack half way plugged in and guess what, it sounded way better but not as good as before, so i decided to connect the splitter than Razer Kraken Pro has and the sound was still as bad. Sadly i don't have seperate headphones to test the sound.. So i hope you guys help me atleast somehow, i don't even know if the problem is with the Audio jack or with the cable, or even with my Laptop. My cable is a little bit damaged too but it was like that for a few months so i don't think thats the case. What should i do first?
