  1. Hi just tagging in because I am building a similar spec computer. If I can't get stock on i5 8400 is a 8600k or ryzen a better option for a gtx 1070?
  2. The SLI plus is cheaper and can do SLI (duh) what I'm wondering is what the Tomahawk offers that the SLI plus doesn't?
  3. I am extremely confused as in Australia, the Tomahawk costs a little bit more than the SLI plus when the SLI plus can do everything the Tomahawk can and has SLI support. What reason would there be to choose the Tomahawk except for red rear IO?
  4. OK so having a small NVMe OS drive won't slow down my main game drive in anyway. For the second part does that mean smaller drives need less space clear? say 200/240 would have same speed slow down as 400/480?
  5. Yeah well I am kind of confused thats probably why. Which part is confusing so I can edit it?
  6. I'm just trying to figure out the speeds in certain circumstances as to how I should set up my hard drives for a new PC. So the situation is using a NVMe drive for OS, a SATA SSD for games and a HDD for other stuff versus a SATA SSD for games and OS and a HDD for other stuff. Basically, will I ever see a decrease in the effective speed of the non-OS SSD when doing things such as extracting a file from the HDD to the SATA SSD with winrar installed on the NVMe or loading a game from the non-OS drive. Also side question with SSD's how much extra space do you need so that they don't slow down? Thanks in advance.
