the attached picture shows what I'm thinking of buying atm, however this exceeds my budget by 200 $.
I'd appreciate any advice on how to lower the cost or if I'm bottlenecking something etc.
(I want the company to assemble the pc for me as I'm afraid that I will break something)

1500-1400 $ with peripherals

I would like to have a stable pc that can run games on fairly high settings
3. Monitors
just 1 monitor
4. Peripherals
I need all of the peripherals (mouse, keyb, headset) and they don't need to be the best of the best, I not too picky on that, (don't need a mechanical keyboard) and want to use wind.10.
5. Why are you upgrading?
I don't have a pc atm and need a new one
edit: the cpu is i5-8400 because it costs the same as i5-6400 in the store
