  1. Today, I just heard 4 random beeping noise through my headset while I was on the desktop home screen. It happened right after I had plugged in a USB Bluetooth receiver, so that I could use my controller for games. The controller seems to be working fine and there hasn't been any other visual issues. I tried unplugging the USB and re-plugging it to see if that would reproduce the beeps, but it didn't. I went searching around online a bit and it said that it could be a hardware problem with my motherboard. I have a MSI B350 gaming plus that I bought about 4 years ago, and I have never had any problems with it. At this point I'm just curious as to what it could be, your if I do have some hardware problem that's just not visually noticeable. Anyone have any idea what's going on?
  2. Thank you for the recommendation, sadly that is currently out of my price range so if that's the monitor I'm going with I will need to wait a while more
  3. I am thinking of making this new monitor my main one and have the other as a second monitor for competitive games and other second monitor stuff
  4. Hello everyone, I'm currently looking to buy a second monitor. I already have a 144hz 1080p TN panel monitor, so I'm looking for a second monitor that has better colours, something like a IPS panel. I want to get a 1440p monitor, but I'm not sure if it's worth it, as I only have a GTX 1060 6gb. In general, I'm looking for better image quality for things like playing non-competitive games, watching movies, videos and generally browsing the internet. I'm currently looking at the AOC 24G2U5, but I don't know if that's any good. My budget is about 200 euros more or less. If there's something that cost a bit extra but it's worth it than I'm willing to spend a bit more on it. I will be buying it from Amazon de if anyone is wondering. Any recommendation or advice is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
  5. That's what I expected as well but for some reason my motherboard can't seem to run it all that well
  6. Hello everyone, I bought a Philips Fidelio X2HR by a recommendation from someone here about 3 months ago and it has not disappointed me in terms of quality, but I am finding that my motherboard doesn't seem to be able to run it very well in terms of volume. I have to put my pc audio to max to get a decent level of audio, which was fine for a while, but than I encountered some problems with hearing chat audio in games and from certain people in discord. I know its a problem with my volume because none of my friends have this issue with their headphones. So I am looking for get at least an amp for the cans and maybe a DAC too, since I don't know if my motherboard is producing the best quality as some songs do sound muddy and certain tracks feeling like the instruments are overlapping each other. The problem is, I don't know much about amps or DACs, so I am looking for recommendations from you guys. My budget is about 150 euros but could go up to 200 if its worth it. I have looked online for some recommendation like the Fiio K3 and I have also heard good things about the schiit fulla series, but again, any advice and recommendations is very much appreciated.
  7. Yeah just realised that, guess I won't take them outside, but from what I have seen online the Fedilio x2hr and the DT990 are both really good but I am leaning more towards the Fedilio since they are easier to drive so I don't need to buy an amp. Still going to look around for a bit at what people have to say about the sennheiser. Thank you very much, your recommendations were very helpful.
  8. If anyone else has any other recommendations or comments, that would be very much appreciated.
  9. Thank you for the recommendation. From what I have seen, people say they are pretty good but now I want to go for headphones that don't have the mic attached to it so I can use it outside.
  10. Thank you for the recommendations, I will do a bit of research into each of them and see which ones would be best for me.
  11. I play a lot of competitive games, but I also play some casual games. I don't mind whether they are close or open back and I listen to mostly pop and rock.
  12. Hi everyone, as the title says, I am currently looking for a new pair of headphones and mic as the plastic on my current ones are breaking apart and I can't fix it. My current headset is the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 PS4 edition that I am using on my pc. I don't know anything about good audio as I have never used anything better than this, so I am having a hard time trying to find an upgrade for my current one. My budget is about 350 to 400 euros for a pair of headphones, mic and whatever other things I might need for better sound quality. My motherboard is the MSI B350 Gaming Plus. I will be mostly using this for gaming on a pc and listening to music. I wound also want a mic that would sound clear and not compressed like most gaming mics. Something that would be good if you were to use it for streaming. I will be buying from either amazon DE or amazon ES, which ever one is cheaper. Again, I don't know anything about headphones and mics so any advice is very much appreciated. Thank you.
  13. ok thanks. someone mentioned above that the sennheiser game one was based off the hd559. how do the game one and the hd 599 compare since the game ones are like 50 pounds cheaper.

  15. thanks for the recommendation. i am just wondering is the headphone going to be fine with the motherboard sound card or should i look into getting a independent sound card later on?
