Cooling

I have been updating my pc over the past year and I have had some say my case is very bad for cooling and that I need to get a new case, is this true? https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883230178 This is the case. I just got a 2070, upgraded the psu, and the fans to some corsair ones as well. I am planning on upgrading the system with one of the new Ryzen processors (3rd Gen) around 300$ and a new motherboard and 16 ram, and wanted to know if this case would be good for cooling all these components. Thanks!
2. Lets say I had 500$ to use, I think I can get to that 500$ price point, would I still use everything you listed?
3. I want to game and end up streaming later on in a year, so I have no clue what to go with here lol for the processor
4. oh and sorry for quoting again but is the Ryzen 7 2600x better than the i7 8700k?
5. I think I am going to spend the extra money for that processor, thanks I am going to be using these exact parts you listed, very big help. Thank you so much man, Im selling my 1060 for 100 which should bring me up to 400 and then the processor and ram should get me to close around there to get those upgrades, thank you!
6. What do you mean "waiting for 3rd gen Ryzen's review"? Thanks for the response
7. Wow thank you man, I might actually just do this. A couple questions if you don't mind? First, why does the Ryzen processor cost so much less than the i5 7400 I have in my system, when the cpu is supposed to be worse? And, second, Isn't intel better for gaming, I don't know much about gaming pcs' but I heard that you want to go with Intel for gaming and AMD for editing/streaming. Thank you so much for answering and taking your time to make this list for me
8. I bought a rtx 2070 for Christmas to use in my system to get better performance for my pc. Replacing my 1060 3gb was nice as my fps in Far cry 5 and Bf5 increased a lot but I saw that my i5 7400 was bottlenecking. I also only have 8gb of ram, so even running one tab of chrome drops me 20 fps or even more on specific games. My motherboard is msi b250 Bazooka, so i cant go past a i7 7700k and the motherboard only supports 2400 speed ram. I guess what i am asking is what would the upgrading path be? I currently have only 300$ and I don't know where to go from here for my pc. If I didn't explain well enough on what my situation is, then just ask. Thanks!
9. I want to be able to overclock though, so I might want to go all out with a 8700k and i want a motherboard that is good that can pair with that and the ram I listed, thanks for the reply
10. I just got a rtx 2070 and am pretty much upgrading everything in my system that I got from Cyberpower over a year ago. Ram: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233859&ignorebbr=1 Motherboard: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813145048&ignorebbr=1 I am upgrading to these from some random 2x4 green gig ram and a b250m bazooka motherboard. Would the ram and the motherboard i picked out and the rtx 2070 and my cpu the i5 7400 (Upgrading later because I want to get a cpu that works with the new motherboard as the motherboard i have rn doesn't go past a i7 7600) be a good upgrade and what would you change for the same amount of money or a little bit more of a budget. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883230178 <------ This is the Cyberpowerpc I bought over a year ago and I have upgraded the PSU to a 600watt Silver Corsair, the fans to some better 120 corsair fans, and the gpu from the 1060 to the 2070. I would really appreciate any help that I can get and I hope anyone can help me with this. If you are confused on my description please leave a comment so I can clarify. Thanks!

12. I just got a new monitor as well, I have a 144hz monitor running cs go now. I kept both monitors and am using both for the same pc, one 60hz for maybe a open window and the 144hz for gaming.
13. I just got a Rtx 2070 for my pc and my pc currently has a i5 7400 processor. The thing is, cs go used to run at like 180-200 fps on my 1060 3gb and now with the 2070 it runs at 130fps. Now I didn't find this surprising considering my Cpu is kinda underpowered, but when I tried a more demanding game called Far Cry 5, it ran 10x better than before at the highest settings when I couldn't do that before with the 1060 3gb. I don't understand why cs go is running at a lower fps and Far cry and BF5 are running way better. Please help and if you need more clarification about this, ill provide some if I can. Thanks!
14. Ok, thank you! This was the perfect answer
