    My monitor has green affecting around my red cross-air in games. I have tried swapping my GPU out and That didn't fix it and also tried different drivers. also tried a different monitor and that seems to not the the green dots around the outside well playing a game. I have a Samsung cfg-70 24" and a second monitor of a off-lease dell.

    my cpu starts at 1ghz then i restart it it clocks at the right speed (3.4ghz). my specs are CPU: AMD Phenom ii x6 1055t (Overclocked to 3.4ghz) MOBO: msi 990FXA-GD65 (MS-7640) RAM:Corsair Vengeance ddr3-1600 GPU:gtx 780 3gb POWER SURPLY: corsair gs600
