Both consols can push minimum 30fps at 4k HDR.. (period) They both upsale half of there games to 60Fps teribly compaed to a PC.. (period) If your super hellbent on getting a consol now rather then just waiting a couple months for pc parts to go down in price the i suggest u look just towards which controller u like more or which consol has better exclusive games in your opinion

just buy a 1080ti on newegg for 600-750 those are the best deals ive seen on high quality gpu's this whole black friday

with the new software update im afraid your stuck with that annoying little space there the only way to remove it would be to get the deviced set one software update back which for a normal user like yourself is not possible
