    Nop. Its quite silly, they have numbers for only canada residents, and for everyone else there is a web contact form. I dont trust the web contact form. I must talk to a human !

    Its the Canadian Immigration services. Thankyou for being so generous but its related to a visa application so i'm sure they will ask me a lot of details to confirm that its me who's calling.

    I tried looking for a canadian skype number but they dont have that option. apprently to do something with skype not being in a business relationship with the canadian telecom providers.

    I need to call a Canadian Toll Free number which accepts calls from only Canadian numbers. I am in the United States. I tried calling from my Verizon number but it says calls cannot be completed from my region.Is there a way to get a canadian local number for outgoing calls?Kindly advise.Thanks!
