Currently Turning XMP On and yeah The Voltage Was auto Set To 1.2V while manually set to 3200mhz

Just Checked XMP IS Not Enabled, It Is Currently At 3200Mhz

We Have Tried Clearing The CMOS Multiple Times, Updated His BIOS To The Latest Version, Tried DownGrading To An Older BIOS Version And Did Nothing, Re-Installed His Windows And Tried Clean Installing Windows Multiple Times, Every Blue Screen Gives Very Different Stop Codes Every Time (I'll Try To Get them to Put In This Thread), But Yeah This Is Our Last Ditch Effort TO Figure This Out, Stop Code List So Far Is:(PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA)5 Times,(IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)4 Times, Many Programs Can't Install Like MSi AfterBurner And Windows Update Refuses To Work(1st Image Down Below), I Think This Is All A Motherboard Issue But Idk, I'm Trying To Duct Tape His System Together So It Can Hold Him Over Until He Can Get a New Motherboard, Update: He Just Got This Error In Event Viewer(2nd Image Down Below) His System Is: CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X, Motherboard: Asrock b450m steel legend, RAM: VENGEANCE® LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Memory Kit

Update: Ok I Got Him To Clear/Reset The CMOS To Start Off And After An Hour Or So It Has Not Crashed Yet, Will Spend An Extra Few Hours Testing And Report Back

Any Recommended Stable BIOS Versions For The Asrock b450m steel legend I Should Install And Test?, The One Annoying Thing About Asrock Motherboards or This One Is That The Bios Flashing Is Painfully Basic and You Have To Solely Rely On Auto-Detection Of The USB Stick for Flashing, Is That Normal For All Asrock Motherboards Or Does my friend have a One-Off Board? (It Doesn't Have A Dedicated Port To Flash From So It's Some Wierd Cross Between Automatic Flashing And Manual Flashing)

Got My Friend To Upgrade From A Ryzen 5 3600 To A Ryzen 9 5900X And Now It's Blue Screening Randomly Even After Multiple Windows Re-Installs/Clean Installs, I'm At A Dead End At This Point, The MotherBoard Is a Asrock b450m steel legend, I Did Have Him Update The BIOS To The Latest Version Since The Version His Board Was On Didn't Support The New CPU (That's All The Info I Currently Have At Time Of Posting)

(Putting this here hoping someone has a solution to dis) Ive Tried to install Prime OS on an old laptop from 2015 and it installed without issue except the Boot Folder is empty, Ive tried other versions of PrimeOs and ran Through the step by step but to no aval, also tried dual booting it still doesent work also tried another flash drive plus another installer (Tl;dr i install it and it runs fine ecept its missing all the Boot Files, the boot folder is there but its empty and idk how to fix this) If You Need Aditional Info Let Me Know What You Want

i have a 32 gb ram setup (8gbx4) and my memory speed derped down to 1400MHz for whatever reason but i havent noticed a performance diffrence so that made me think. is the ram speed the 4 sticks added up together or is the speed per stick? all the memory sticks are (4X) Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Single 8GB CL16 BLS8G4D26BFSBK (Gray)
