  4. Hi guys, I am thinking about getting the CORSAIR RM650x Modular PSU - 650 W to replace my Corsair VS450 power supply. This is for two reasons; 1. Its modular and so i won't have all the extra cables hanging around in my case. 2. It has more power so that i can update to a better GPU in the future. Currently i have a 7700k, gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram. Im thinking about upgrading to a 1080/1080ti in the future and wondered if this would be compatible and would be fairly simple to switch over from the VS450? Thanks for all your help in advance.
  5. Agreed, i bought WW2 on steam and played for about an hour and absolutely fell in love with it, feels like its gone back to its roots. Safe to say ill be keeping it.
  6. Ah nice, thanks, saves me going up into the loft to find my manual lol, suppose i couldve looked online though..

  10. Hi guys, I have an ROG Strix Z270h and i was wondering what this was that was plugged into the bottom right of the board but not into anything else? is it anything important? Any help would be appriciated
  11. Hi everyone, I am unfortunately in a place whereby i cannot afford to buy two brand new games so therefore i am having to choose between two different games. I have looked at many different reviews but i still cannot decide which one i should buy. If you could give me any advice on what to buy and why then it would be very much appreciated. I enjoy the genre of both games and have played predecessors to both in the past. I have heard good and bad things about both games. Thanks for your help
  12. And as for replacing the PSU, is it really that hard or is it as simple as unplug one thing and replace with the same cable on the new psu?
  13. Yeah im pretty sure palit are like the budget in GPU's right? thats why i think i should upgrade
  14. Okay so what would you recommend instead?
  15. I have one, i just forgot it on the PCPP listing, sorry my mistake
  16. No my case has great cooling, however my card is reaching between 80-88 degrees whilst playing pubg on medium settings.
  17. I have heard EVGA psu's are good? Why do you think this and what would you recommend instead?
  18. Yes this build is for mostly gaming and then just internet research/word, powerpoint etc Okay so i already have this PC btw to everyone. The 3200mhz Ram cost me £5 more than 2666mhz so i just did it because for £5 i dont care if it makes any difference. I do have a 128gb m.2 biwin ssd however i must've forgot it on the PCPP I just am not sure what GPU would be good for my needs... and i'd need a bigger psu, which im worried about because i have no experince with changing a psu or building a computer. (This is a pc specialist build mostly)
  19. Such as? Im guessing its also pretty hard to swap out a psu?
  20. Hi all, Firstly, I am in the UK and am working with £GBP. My PC: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/XG4hVY I was just wondering if there is anything that sticks out to anyone that might need to be upgraded or that should be changed? I like to play a variety of different games such as PUBG, Destiny 2, COD: WW2, GTA V, CMS2018 etc. I am currently being able to play these games in 1080p quite well however my GPU always gets quite hot, however im reluctant to upgrade to a better GPU as the prices are so high at the moment due to Cryptocurrency. Any help would be hugely appriciated.
  21. Yes and it will leave you some space should you ever want to upgrade to 32GB, in terms of Gaming 16gb is perfectly fine but you may need extra RAM at some stage. And bearing in mind its cheaper, it seems like a no-brainer. Secondly, I agree that the Kraken Cooler looks nice, and if you insist on the RGB then go for it. However, for cooling performance the H100i V2 would be a much better option. Lastly, The AF120 LED fans are about £20-£25 for two fans, I got mine from both currys and some from Amazon UK. They will also make your build look better as they have the same look as the AF140 you plan to use.
  22. Oh and also if you're using the af140 fans, why not use the af120 fans aswell? They are very good fans from Corsair and still come with the Red LEDS
