I mean that I experienced the emotion of liking them, not what you already knew.
Anyway, I'm kind of confused by what he is trying to say. Why is he so focused on Kepler if the thread is about the new Maxwell Tesla cards? And why is he focusing on compute if these new cards are being advertised for a different use case? I find comfort in your and Patrick's posts, since they tend to make sense.

Yeah, a common thing I see is people getting hung up on hard numbers and not being able to accept the fact that certain products are made for certain applications.
Like, I don't know much about graphics card, but I at least know enough to know that if you want uber precise calculations you don't go with an R7 270...

And that just makes it even more sad to me. User input, even if it is abrasive or outright insulting can almost always be gained from. It just seems like a childish, knee-jerk reaction to just block someone for saying something mean. That counts doubly for someone smart like you, because anger always has a coherent reason behind it for intelligent people. It is incited, not a base personality trait. But whatever. As you said, it's his loss.
