  6. As the title says my computer is crashing every time i start it. I'm thinking it might be a faulty mobo/ssd. When i boot i sometimes get the error 9C and A2. Sometimes it says "cannot find boot device", sometimes it boots without messages. But it crashes after a few min no matter what. Things i have tried without success: Clean boot Select boot order Different sata port Different sata cable Update SSD drivers Sfc/scannow; pc crashes before it finishes Disable/re-enable fast startup Sfc/scannow after i booted in safe mode, computer still freezes My pc specs are: MSI B85M-G43 mobo GTX 1070Ti i7 4770 @3.40GHz Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB Any help/tips are greatly appreciated

  8. Okay thank you, removing the battery now. I have another set of ram sticks but I dont have another cooler, can i boot without?
  9. Yesterday when i turned on my computer the power went out in my whole room. I figured there was something wrong with my PSU and i bought a new one today. Sure enought when i turn on my new psu the power doesnt go out but now my computer wont boot. I've taken everything out and installed only Mobo, CPU, RAM and PSU. When i try to turn it on CPU and PSU fans spin for about half a second then shuts off. Is there anything else i need to connect for it to boot? or is there something wrong with any other of my components? I have no clue how to continue troubleshooting as its been 7years since my last build. Any help is really appreciated :~)
  10. Problem is i'm renting and i dont have another room to test in, there's no outlet in the bathroom or hall
  11. How do i check for a short in the PSU? And is there another component in the computer that could cause this, or is it 100% the psu?
  12. Computer is getting old, but it's been working perfectly in this place for a year. PSU is a 500W Cooler master rs500. Same thing happens in another outlet, can a faulty PSU do this?
  13. Its not that, i've unplugged all other things and it still blows the fuse
  14. I dont know if this is the right place to post this but i am in desperate need of some help. When i plug my computer in the power goes out in my whole room. I think it's the PSU, however i don't know how to troubleshoot it without plugging it back in. I need my computer to hand in my assignment before 1159. Is there anything i can do?
