if frame drops r not that much, then 1440p 60 fps is perfectly fine....although 1080p with that fps looks so smooth...

there will be certain amount of bottleneck with that gpu but u can go for a 760 or a 750ti instead, also a better choice instead of 750ti would be r9 265...and for psu i would suggest that u go with atleast 600W for room in the future

4x4 will not be quad channel, it will be dual channel only...quad channel is only supported by lga 2011 cpus...

just keep tracking ur cpu temps and run stability test for each overclock first...

how much fps drop..?? overclock the 60hz monitor...

first of all for what purpose r we talking about here...?? for gaming or something else...even in some cases a i5 can render faster than a equivalent xeon...
