  1. Before proceeding, forgive me for making another post. As before, I was gathering information on the LG B9 OLED. However, I am now leaning towards the LG C9 OLED. I hear many great reviews, and how it supports 4k@120hz if any other device supports it. As I am going to be awaiting for PS5, i'll definitely be using the C9 OLED with the PS5 as the PS5 supports 4k@120hz. However, I hear no game would run it. But having it there would be just as fine by me. However.. While I save up the cash for the C9 55in or 65in, the CX will be releasing sometime soon. As a TV that will be mainly used for console gaming, should I save and wait for CX? or proceed to purchase the C9? I hardly see any new improvements besides the BFI or whatever it is. However, if both will support 4k@120hz, HMDI 2.1, HDR Gaming, etc. Then I might get the C9 for it being cheaper. Though, I want to hear other people's thoughts/comments on this to help me decide. I understand the CX hasn't released so not many good reviews are out, so this is strictly to what information is out right now and for people who understands it more than me. xD. Thanks <3
  2. I wouldn't mind paying the difference if C9 is better. xp & thanks~. Wonder hwy they have B9 has the best if its inferior.
  3. Weird, wonder why it'll support it but not be able to run it. Well, as long as the TV CAN run stuff at 4k @120hz, then i guess i'll be future-proofing nonetheless. Perhaps they'll give an update to the PS5 that'll run close to 120hz or at least more than 60hz if anything. To you, would you go with B9 or C9?
  4. Alright, thanks! So, I understand that the TV will run it, but yet we need the device to run it. Therefore, as it does say on the PS5 that it will support 4k @120hz. That means the TV will run the PS5 at 4k 120hz if it supports it? Sorry, i'm not the best at all this tech. xD. I just wanna future-proof if i buy a tv for mainly PS5 onwards.
  5. Is that because the tv can't run it at 4k @ 120hz? or nothing supports it yet? I'm merely just speaking about the PS5, will the tv run games at 120hz 4k?
  6. @jj9987 Regarding your "edit" response. So are you saying its only capable for only 120hz at 1440p? or are you just saying over the normal HDMI i can get 120hz with 1440p? & with HDMI 2.1 port Ican get 120hz @4k?
  7. Thanks for the reply~ I am definitely happy hearing that it does support it. Even G-Sync. But i am more excited over the 4k @120hz. Merely for the PS5 since I did read that it will support 120hz at 4k. I don't plan on putting any PC to it since I have a gaming monitor etc. More just for the next-generation console. xp. @ for 1,500$ for a 55inch that supports 4k @120hz and OLED, not a bad price at all.
  8. Hello~ I am searching for a OLED or LED 4k TV for mainly console gaming. I have a PS4 Pro, and do plan on purchasing a PS5 once it releases. However, I do not currently have a 4k tv. I mainly played my PS4 Pro on my 1080p 144hz monitor ( I know, its a waste ) I was planning on purchasing a 4k tv but never got around to it. But with the release of the PS5, I'd like to save up and purchase a future proof TV. So, I headed over to RTINGS and searched for "Best 4k Gaming TV" and best tv on it was the B9 LG OLED. I'm still going to wait for the 2020 models, however there was alot of talk about an update about the tv displaying 4k @120hz. But LG never confirmed it officially? From what I was reading. So does anyone here have proof, or can confirm that this TV can support 4k @120hz? By using the HMDI 2.1 etc. Thanks <3.
  9. Oh, alright. I was pretty worried lol. & I see, so my scores are comparable to those. However, the min. fps is alot higher, but meh lol. I'll leave it at those settings then. For some reason it reverted back to the default settings. I need to figure out how to keep the OC settings to stay.
  10. When i ran userbenchmark it rated my GPU "Under performance". So I decided to just do simple OC's in the precision X1 software and used Furmark/Unigine Heven as testing for stability. So, I have my card atm at +500 Memory (Total: 4500Mhz) and +100 Core (Total: 2100Mhz). My cards Power is 112. These are the Unigine Heaven results. https://i.imgur.com/CCyHrta.png ** Now, I never Overclocked before. I just tested out some settings. I'm not trying to max out my card, just enough for it to be "Better" and "Perform above". etc. My card was at 73c. Not sure if thats the hottest it will get, I hope it doesn't get too much hotter while gaming. So any recommendations on the settings? perhaps leave it as is, or should I lower my OC for it to be more stable while gaming?. Thanks~ *Edit* I just ran the User-benchmark again and its still under performing? No idea how to fix that..
  11. I have finally.. finally.. not only saved up enough to purchase a better build, however i can afford food and necessities as well xD. So I literally still have my very first build of my PC. Only things I have upgraded on it was the Power Supply from a [Bronze] that died on me *Which i recommend never going cheap on the PSU*. I also upgraded the GPU from a amd 7700? I forgot which it was lol. So far, the comp is pretty much this: 8350fx 1070 EVGA boosted. average SSD / 1tb HD. Rest of it is just cheapo mobo/ddr3 ram. etc. Now, I'm still searching on which CPU i wanna go. I'm deciding between a 9900k vs a 3900k from AMD. However, I want to go with the best option that will provide me the best Single Core speed but also enough multi-core speed for gaming. I plan on live-streaming, recording, as well playing games. Here is the comp so far: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YvGT3b Lemmie know what you guys think?
  12. Hello, i'm having a issue on image persistence on my Asus monitor. I had it before and it went away, no idea how. I read that it goes away over-time. But what is the most quickest or easier way? I also read up that turning the monitor off for a couple hours will cure it, but by "turning it off" do I unplug the cord? or turn off the PC and have it still turned on, but the "screen" itself is off? The image is due to the "search" bar from windows 10. Has the outlines of the search bar, and pretty noticeable while playing games. :/ Thanks in advance <3
  13. Didn't think that It would, i'm not that familiar with how it goes. lol. I was just going to put 2 of the 5 onto the cpu cooler, 2 in front, and 1 in back. No idea if the case fans that come with the case is good or not. in terms of it being loud or w/e. mmm, I might still use it for a second PC. If I upgrade, I just need to buy myself a cheap gpu, psu, and case. lol. Then might sell or trade the whole thing. I don't know yet.
  14. Yeahh, I literally just checked the benchmarks. I thought the 7700k was still somewhat better, but seems that's not the case. I might drop the fans, the current fans i have I bought, and they sometimes get super loud. But at least 2 of them isn't plugged in so the mobo can control them, so they are always at 100% :/. So prob thats why heh heh.
  15. I plan on maybe upgrading my computer. I was thinking of getting a nice oled or full array type of TV. However, my computer has been acting up lately with randomly freezing out of no where. Can't move mouse, task manager, nothing. Only way is restarting. I haven't experienced it yet as of now. But its really rare. But I need to upgrade either way. So, here is my current build: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: AMD - FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor ($114.29 @ OutletPC) CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($24.39 @ OutletPC) Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($64.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($80.19 @ Amazon) Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB FTW Gaming ACX 3.0 Video Card ($459.89 @ Amazon) Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($92.98 @ Newegg) Total: $836.73 The build i'm upgrading too: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor ($414.89 @ B&H) CPU Cooler: NZXT - Kraken X62 Rev 2 98.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($148.89 @ SuperBiiz) Motherboard: Asus - ROG MAXIMUS X HERO (WI-FI AC) ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($259.99 @ SuperBiiz) Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($188.99 @ Amazon) Storage: Samsung - 960 PRO 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($289.99 @ Amazon) Case: Corsair - 750D ATX Full Tower Case ($99.99 @ Newegg) Mouse: Razer - DeathAdder Elite Wired Optical Mouse ($49.99 @ Amazon) Total: $1452.73 I currently have on-hand on my current build the Power Supply and Graphic Card gtx 1070 FTW.
