  1. Wish.com has Skytech Chronos gaming pc w/3080 card for…$136…?!?!?!?!? Would you try it just to see what you got?
  2. What he said, but I love the dual chamber design, very nice on wiring placement!
  3. I replaced the case in my signature with a Corsair Air 540. It was very easy to load, the cable management is GREAT, and it is VERY quiet, even with 5 fans. I would definitely recommend this case if you are looking for something outside the normal, rectangular, tall case...
  4. I am very close to getting this one, https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139029&ignorebbr=1 - any other suggestions? Thanks!
  5. Just like the title says, please let me know if you have one for sale.. Thanks!
  6. Thanks for all the info but the plan is to only upgrade the processor and probably go from 8mb ram to 16...
  7. Hey Gang, I want to do an upgrade but NOT buy an entirely new PC. Here is the motherboard I have now, what is the fastest processor I can put on this board and what other changes might I need to make to get a few more years out of this current rig? https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_P67/ Current Rig - i-2500K - 212+ - Sabertooth P67 - EVGA GTX 970 SSC - 8GB Ram - HAF 932
  8. It's only within the last 2 years that I cannot play games at ULTRA settings. I think I did I pretty good job of building a "future proof" rig SEVEN years ago. How long do you think most GAMERS stick with a rig?
  9. My 2500K is not overclocked? Would that help? And I do have DDR3 Ram, Should I go to 16GB?
  10. Correction - 7 years since my initial build, the only thing I changed was the video card about 2 years ago...
  11. I know this question has been asked before but I will ask it one more time. If I want to build a gaming rig, AMD or INTEL? If I want to play games at the highest graphic settings, AMD or Nvidia? If my budget is $1500, what would be my best configuration. If I decide to keep my current rig a bit longer, what upgrades would you recommend? Current Rig: i-2500K - 212+ - Sabertooth P67 - EVGA GTX 970 SSC - 8GB Ram - HAF 932
  12. Ok was just curious. What is a decent laptop for future accountant, excel spreadsheets etc - is apple or intel better? Budget - $500 +/- Thanks
  13. Is this a good deal for someone who is in college, will be using for email, writing papers, doing spreadsheets, etc? https://flash.newegg.com/Product/9SIA8UF79B9363?utm_source=NFEmail050918&utm_medium=index&utm_campaign=SaleBanner_B3I_9SIA8UF79B9363&cm_mmc=EMC-NFEmail050918-_-SaleBanner_B3I_9SIA8UF79B9363-_-NA-_-9SIA8UF79B9363 Thanks for any advice!
