    Hello, I'm going to be building my first PC for playing mainly WoW at 1080 @ 144hz (and occasionally streaming) with a red theme to it. My budget is $1300 and I was wondering if a Ryzen 7 1700 and GTX 1070 8gb would be too overkill for my main goal of playing WoW at said resolution and refresh rate. Here's a link to the PC. I have an SSD and a drive on hand, as well as a copy of Windows 10, which is why there isn't any of those on the list. Should I downgrade the CPU or GPU to invest in better cooling? I've heard that the Ryzen 7's stock cooler, the Wraith Spire, handles itself very well if you aren't overclocking and still does decently even if you do.
