uppdate: cinabench score is about the same so i gues it was just ai suite settings messing with windows.

bios said 4400mhz so did ai suite. task maneger and cinabench said 800mhz. not sure with one was right but it was anoying.

I resently had my 4690k i5 cpu get locked at 800mhz. thought it was wierd as its overclocked to 4409mhz. Tried disabeling speedstep etc. in uifi. Looked at power settings in windows. eventualt found out it was ai suites configured max cpu power setting that was messing it up. anybody knows a reason to use it?
