James was in a group meeting so if anyone felt uncomfortable with the comment it’s an issue. More importantly James is the Head Writer so it shows the culture they have inside the company if a “higher up” is willing to do that at a HR meeting addressing that very issue.

I will just say I have been a long time fan of this channel and a OG member on floatplane. I love the videos because they are a lot of fun. That said I would and have never made a buying decision based off a LTT video. 1st because you should never use one source and 2nd because of how many mistakes I have seen in the past. I’m fine with that for this channel because like I said I have fun watching the content here. My one word of caution would just be if you really want to make labs something consumers trust quality of testing needs to be paramount. Building a reputation of trust is hard and having a video testing a water block on the wrong card is going to have the opposite effect. For labs to work accuracy has to be most important for anything reviewed even if the product is “stupidly overpriced.” Like I said though I like the videos and will continue watching and don’t really fault the tests not being accurate cause I never expected them to be from this channel. So thanks for the laughs you and your team provide me on a daily basis.

I agree. Biggest complaint I see content creators make is when people dislike their work and don't say why. Atleast he took the time to give feedback.
