Ah I see, thanks for the information. And just a quick question, does the pcie slot order matter for video cards? Because i have the r9 290 and it is in the third slot, do you think that i will get better performance if I move it to the top? -

So I shouldn't be worried? Cause that seems quite hot. -
So I have the i5 4690k and the H80i from corsair, and I have already fixed the problem with the backplate, but when starting the prime95 test, the temps jump from 25~30 degrees to around 79~86 degrees instantly. This worries me.

Okay, let me get this straight, IF I have a dual channel kit, or two sticks or ram, I could overclock as other people have, that i heard? -

So if i were to only have 2 of the sticks, i could overclock more? Because on the G.SKILL SNIPER SERIES ram review, people have overclocked easily apparently -

Okay, on the Motherboard specifications, it says Dual Channel Memory Architecture, so that means that i can only use ram kits that run on dual channels? And that since i have the third stick, i cannot overclock? -

Source? Cause that sounds inconceivable. -

Why would they sell it in quad channel kits if a motherboard cannot support it? I have the Z97-C asus motherboard shouldn't that support it? -

Well, I was thinking of getting a 2400mhz quad channel set. -

Well, I am doing it cause i have ram caching and ram disks, so that will increase the speed of those -
