  1. I applied it myself, i used the pea method, in the middle, though i'm not sure if i seated it correctly after thinking about it
  2. Ah I see, thanks for the information. And just a quick question, does the pcie slot order matter for video cards? Because i have the r9 290 and it is in the third slot, do you think that i will get better performance if I move it to the top?
  3. So I have the i5 4690k and the H80i from corsair, and I have already fixed the problem with the backplate, but when starting the prime95 test, the temps jump from 25~30 degrees to around 79~86 degrees instantly. This worries me.
  4. Okay, thanks everyone. I am going to get another kit. Thanks for all of your input
  5. Okay, let me get this straight, IF I have a dual channel kit, or two sticks or ram, I could overclock as other people have, that i heard?
  6. So if i were to only have 2 of the sticks, i could overclock more? Because on the G.SKILL SNIPER SERIES ram review, people have overclocked easily apparently
  7. Okay, on the Motherboard specifications, it says Dual Channel Memory Architecture, so that means that i can only use ram kits that run on dual channels? And that since i have the third stick, i cannot overclock?
  8. Why would they sell it in quad channel kits if a motherboard cannot support it? I have the Z97-C asus motherboard shouldn't that support it?
  9. Well, I was thinking of getting a 2400mhz quad channel set.
  10. Well, I am doing it cause i have ram caching and ram disks, so that will increase the speed of those
