  1. Hello, I am trying to install windows IOT on a raspberry pi 3 B+ Sadly, I am stuck in a rainbow coloured screen... Below are the links to the sd card used and the Raspberry pi if it helps.... https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B073JWXGNT/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07BDR5PDW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Thank you in advance for any help of tips.
  2. If I want to make the camera record with let's say 25 fps. Do I need a better camera board or a better hub server?
  3. Is it possible to view the footage in real time? I want to be able to look at the camera randomly throughout the day. I would be in the same Network as I work from home.
  4. of the 3 chips you mentioned. Which one do you recommend? Also: thank you for the RAM advice. i will choose a 16Gb Kit instead.
  5. Ok thank you for the Advice. I didn't think of that. The hard drives are from late 2017. I had to replace 2 old ones.
  6. Definitely! I'd love to hear an Intel suggestion
  7. Hello, I soon have my finals and since my old pc from about 2013 is dying I wanted to invest no more than 2500 Euros into a new system. I would use the old Hard-drives from my old system. What do you guys think about this: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/Md6sLJ Anything I should focus on? Anything that I am not seeing now that is really nice to have? I would use the system to game but also for CAD (but nothing large). Any kind of feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
  8. 80 bucks is quite alot. I thought of a maximum of 50 bucks for what are about 8 feet. I still may look into phillips hue. Thanks for the tip
  9. Hello, I don't know if this is the best subforum to do it in but I thought it would fit best here. I need led strips for my table, they will be used as background lighting. Now thus far there is no problem but I am a bit of an idiot. What should I look out for? What is a good feature and whats garbage? I would like them to be controlled from my phone and have more than just block colour, maybe even things like waves (like on an RGB keyboard) Does a ready buy solution exist or would I have to make something myself? Kind regards, The Cliff
  10. Ok thanks. Should I care about the different binnings that Asus offers?
  11. Hello, I want to get a GTX 1080 for my computer. Trouble is I have no idea which one to get. I do want a reputable brand and I do value good build quality and am willing to invest more money if it means that the card will live longer. I've been looking a lot to the ASUS strix due to their clean black look. However even those have 3 variants dependant on binning. Is it worth to pay for a better binned card? And if so. Can I save a few bucks and maybe get a well binned 1070? Kind regards, Cliff
  12. Thanks for the replies. I do have some budget left as this was a friend of mine and sold it to me for a really nice price. Ill get a 1070 ti and then continue to use it as i slowly upgrade the pc.
  13. Hello, I got a pc dirt cheap from someone moving away. It has a i7 4771. I think that the graphics cards is bottlenecking my performance as frames drop before the processor reaches full load. What graphics card should I get to extend the life of this pc for 2-3 years? I play games like Forza 7, PUBG
  14. Finally EA gets what they deserve. This micro-transaction stuff has been going on for far too long!
  15. I made a mistake, very sorry. I misread your title.
