  1. As the title says, I'm looking for a 3D printer that is within the $100-300 price range. It'll be my first printer so I have no idea what to look for.
  2. Ah so I see, That's the highest it's been sorry. I thought I grabbed it at the right time
  3. I agree, but I can only reach 25 FPS or 40 depending
  4. Usually I play with nothing else running, and I'll still receive this issue
  5. All settings are maxed out because I thought my hardware could handle it. Is that not the case? I have lots of stuttering and loading along side lower FPS.
  6. I've looked around and I seem to be in a pretty unique situation. My 44 key LED remote that came with my strip of LEDs has stopped working with them completely and instead my soundbar remote has taken control of this. I've changed the battery in the LED remote and done the fade7 power on power off sort of trick etc. etc. nothing seems to work. At least my soundbar remote has 4 colors to choose from I suppose but I'd like to have full control back in my 44 key. Any suggestions?
  7. Hello, I'm looking for some cable clips or something similar to help organize the cables around my desk.
  8. So recently with overwatch I've been having trouble with the game giving me an error saying Rendering Device has been lost and I'm not sure what the issue is. I was able to play several matches of the game after I had reinstalled it before it started giving me the error again. Any tips or ideas of where to start looking?
  9. Hello! I'm building a PC for my friend. He has a budget of 800-1000 and he will be using it for gaming. It needs to have the ability to connect to Wifi so I threw in a Wifi card. 10. I was looking around on amazon for a new GPU and I noticed these two 1080s that seemed like the same card but at much different price points. https://www.amazon.com/GeForce-11Gbps-Advanced-Graphics-ROG-STRIX-GTX1080-A8G-11GPBS/dp/B071J413WY/ref=sr_1_10?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1504717836&sr=1-10&keywords=gtx+1080 This one is $577.89 https://www.amazon.com/ROG-STRIX-GTX1080-O8G-11GBPS-GeForce-11Gbps-Gaming-Graphics/dp/B072BHBRLJ/ref=sr_1_7?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1504717836&sr=1-7&keywords=gtx+1080 While this one is $659 is it just a difference in clock speeds, and if so could you not just oc the cheaper one to that level?
  11. You're perfectly fine! My monitor is 1080p 60hz (I plan on upgrading my GPU and then monitor down the line) and your ideas and insight are very important and will help a lot. When I get home from work I will be testing out everything you said in your post. (I didn't know that about draw distance, thank you!) as for my target FPS, I just want to make it more stable instead of the wide jump range (50-100+) which I'm sure doing what you said will fix that no problem. You've been a great help thank you so much!
  12. Hello! I just installed the 4790k with my new H110i and played a few rounds of pubg. My settings for the game are: Screen Mode - Fullscreen Anti-Aliasing - Ultra Post Processing - Low Shadows - Low Textures - Ultra Effects - Low Foliage - Very Low View Distance - Ultra Motion Blur & VSync off I averaged around 80-FPS going as high as 100+-FPS in some areas and as low as 55-FPS in others. I'm sure if I crank back some of my settings I could see more consistent high FPS results but I'm very happy with how everything is now. If you're curious about package temps, they were around 45-50C (with the pre-installed thermal paste from corsair. I'm about to change it.) under a 30% load from the game.
  13. What's a good fan hub that would let me control all fan speeds? I on running 2 Corsair SP 120mm, 1 Corsair AF 120mm, and a Corsair H110i (which I'm not sure of what types of plugs I'll need to fully control it). My Motherboard is a MSI Z97 PC Mate which has 3 System fan heads (2 three pins 1 four pin) and 2 CPU fan heads (4 pin)
  14. I've order my 4790k and I plan on overclocking it a bit but I didn't think my 212 Evo would be able to cool it properly. Should I look into getting an AIO like the H100i V2? Side Note: What would be a great thermal paste I could buy.
  15. Haha I feel you I've I just want the upgrade after having 120 GB for so long I want a little more haha.
  16. I have one seagate 1tb drive and a samsung 850 evo 120gb. I'm considering expanding storage because 120gb just doesn't feel like enough. My question is what do you feel like the SSD GB sweet spot is, and what drive should I get next. I'm perfectly fine with getting a higher GB 850 EVO. I have an MSI Z97 PC Mate Mobo. Side Note: What's the best way to wipe an SSD so that I can use the old one for more storage. Would Cloning the old SSD to the new one work the best?
  17. It's pushing air towards the back exhaust fan, pulling it through the heatsink. I could have them both exhaust that might work.
  18. Yeah, I've come to understand that haha. You got it I'll give you an update sometime this week after I install the CPU.
