  1. Aight thanks for the help guys appreciate it
  2. 1.2V so normal but you guys are right as long as its not tjmax or just below it ill be fine
  3. Yeah, I also just noticed again something which I forgot about is that I have it overclocked to 4.4Ghz so that could be another reason why the idle temps are high in addition to the higher ambient temp
  4. Hey all, I was wondering if an idle temp of 38-42°C is normal for my CPU as my ambient temperature is around 30°C or if it is too high because some forums say it is quite high.
  5. Hi, I only recently been getting the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSOD and it appears to happen randomly I analyzed the .dmp file with WhoCrashed? and this was the result: On Sat 22.12.2018 12:56:36 your computer crashed crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\122218-14796-01.dmp This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x1AA0A0) Bugcheck code: 0x9F (0x3, 0xFFFFE10033798BA0, 0xFFFFF800290677D0, 0xFFFFE10038E9F600) Error: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System company: Microsoft Corporation description: NT Kernel & System Bug check description: This bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time. any hint on what this could be or how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated :)
  6. My games such as most notably GTA V and R6S freeze for a few seconds around two dropping to zero fps and unfreeze this is especially annoying in R6S because of the fast-paced combat.
  7. I'll try that but it might take some time for me to respond because it comes up randomly usually when I alt-tab back into a game
  8. I do however have a suspicion that it might the cables fault.
  9. I have more than one monitor, it does not happen on desktop and I have not tried out to play in fullscreen windowed
  10. I have gone through two monitors and bought a new graphics card
  11. I posted this thread a while ago, however, I could not resolve the issue. So I'm trying to fix it this time, basically I have a line in the middle of my screen displaced to the right of my monitor and I have no idea how to fix this problem. Here is a video of someone who has had or has the same problem:
  12. Oh, you can leave the +2 hanging out I thought you had to connect that one as well when using the 6 + 2 cable. Thanks for the help, sorry for wasting your time
