The video card worked perfectly fine yesterday, and just started having problems today. I dont think its a faulty gpu, but im not sure what else could be the cause

So, just the other day, I bought a used gtx980, it worked perfectly fine for the night i put it in. The next day, I booted my pc as normal, and the card did the "white lines" from a broken gpu. Not sure what happened, and the guy gave me where he worked and everything so he seemed legit. Previously in the past, i bought a used r9 fury, and 6 months after purchasing the card started having artifacting problems so i stopped using it and switched back to my original card. (r9 380) used it for around 3 months before purchasing the 980. Long story short; needed upgrade so i got the gtx980 used as a temp until i can get my hands on the next 3060 or 6700 (or whatever is good coming soon). Not sure whats the issue, my only suspect is the psu, does anyone have any experience with this in the past? (Faulty pcie rail)

I only want the key caps for the tab, caps lock keys etc...

So, i have a corsair strafe. I really like the cherry mx blue switches. They keyboard is a really good keyboard and i have started growing close to it. So i wanted to get a few key caps. The only problem is I only want key caps on the non qwerty keys if that makes any sense. I was hoping to get them in white with back lighting. The only problem is I have no clue what those keys are called and all the websites i found that supply key caps did not have just these keys. I have around 40$ (ish) but i was also hoping for a custom function key and escape key.
