I Tried switching the power profile and applying up to 1.3 but there is no change

Hello I changed my CPU ratio in the BIOS to 3.7 ghz and 1.2 volts for cpu voltage but after saving it and rebooting even though it is still in the BIOS configuration windows and even CPU-Z does not detect the increase in the clock speed but the configuration is still saved in the BIOS. I'm using MSI Krait Gaming x370 with g skill Trident RGB 16gb with 3000mhz. Please help me
