  1. Same static as if your tv can't get a signal, problem was solved after i plugged it into a different computer then back into my main computer
  2. Well I feel like an idiot. Literally seconds after creating this thread i plug my dvi monitor back into the gtx 760 and of course it suddenly works again. Thanks for the luck LTT
  3. Bit of an odd one here, my main moniter uses a dvi to dvi cable, with no adapters to speak of. I installed a liquid cooler in my pc, and then my dvi monitor only showed static when booted up. I tried with my second monitor, using a vga cable with a dvi converter on the end, into the same dvi port on my GTX 760, and it worked fine. I tried the dvi monitor in both my dvi ports, and was greeted with the same static. At this point i decided to try and plug it into the dvi port on my server, where it worked completely fine. It seems as though i have ruled out all possible broken parts, but for whatever reason the combination of dvi cable and gtx 760 doesnt work, while vga-dvi adaptor and gtx 760 works, while dvi and eah5640 works as well.
  4. Found a fix - for anyone else with the same problem: You simply have to overclock via the bus speed instead of the multiplier to fix this issue
  5. Still only one core overclocked for some reason, honestly I'm still stumped.
  6. I have recently been tinkering with my Phenom II to try and get some better performance out of it, and recently encountered a weird problem. I was able to reach a stable OC of 4.0Ghz at 1.35v, but I was experiencing some crashing in Squad due to low voltage, so i tried to bump it up to 1.40v. After this, when I restarted my PC core temp showed core #0 overclocked to 4.0ghz, but every other core back to it's original 3.4ghz, and the CPU was still running at 1.35v. I tried changing back the voltage, but the same problem persisted. I completely reset the bios settings, launched windows at 3.4ghz, then re-OCed to 4.0ghz @ 1.35, but still, only core zero was OCed. I reset the bios one last time and put in the OC for 4.0 @1.375v, and this time I booted back into the bios to check the M.I.T system status, which showed all four cores overclocked with a voltage of 1.375, and temperatures below 40C. I got my hopes up, but when booting into windows to my dismay I was greeted with only one overclocked core, running at 1.35v. I've spent a couple hours trying to figure this out so any help would be appreciated.
