  1. no PCI-e-cards are still used. second you can just use windows drivers on Linux i believe (i have heard that this is a great sound card https://us.creative.com/p/sound-cards/sound-blasterx-ae-5)
  2. a external sound card (DAC as the community calls them) will help this problem (as it's not inside the case)
  3. yes no maybe. it depends from the component(s) its coming from
  4. as your restarting the system the voltage is removed from components so that could stop that's sound for awhile and it can come back later
  5. as i told you its probably electronic interference you know like when you put your phone next to a speaker and you get that annoying bepepepepepe sound while receiving a text yes that, it is known to happen inside pc too but then because other components interfere to the sound card. this is most common inside smaller cases like the one you have
  6. you add more links but google things you don't know first before you make an ars of your self
  7. it's sound more like electronic interference which in a small case with all components cramped inside could really be the case. you probably experience placebo effect when you uninstalled the drivers
  8. I should do the pump on the aio header and then 3 on the cpu fans and then 3 on the case fans
  9. the video processing is done by your CPU not GPU so any (modern)GPU you can find will be good enough for 4k but if you CPU is I'm not sure

  12. that you have the code on hand as you can give it an upgrade code in the settings i believe
  13. but then the ram will be at risk of burning down
