  1. The biggest reason of getting them all 144hz is because i want them all to have the same overall design / bezel size etc. while my main monitor (for gaming) is high in refresh rate. My main intention is not to game on all 3 at once, but rather have more screen space overall for when i'm working/coding/editing etc. I currently have 2 monitors and really feel the need to upgrade to having a third, but the monitors i have rn are very different in color, brightness etc. and that really annoys me, the reason i wanted the monitor arm is to have more space on my desk by having them all lifted up from 1 point. As for my system, the GPU i have is the GTX1070, performs quite well in most games. I don't know how much CPU matters in FPS, but it's a Intel I7-4770 (4core/3.4Ghz). I'm currently searching if there's 60hz alternatives for the display, but i'd really like it to be "the same monitor" but then 60hz. Thanks for your quick response.
  2. Hey guys, I've recently been thinking of upgrading my setup to have 3 horizontal displays, i've already bought the arm to hold them next to each other, but now my question is what monitors I should get. Through some search i ended up at the Asus TUF series, a line of gaming monitors that have pretty small bezels, which is exactly what i'm looking for. The ones I want to buy are the "ASUS TUF VG259Q" (24.5", 144hz, non-hdr) displays. But there's also the VG259QM variant, which is 80€ more, but has a 240hz refresh rate & HDR. So i was thinking of having that as the center display, but i don't know whether the difference in HDR / non-HDR between the monitors will be annoying me, and whether having HDR & 240hz is worth it for the extra 80€. Does anybody here have experience with multi-monitor setups like this? If so, would you please share your opinion?
  3. Hmm, is your disk almost full? And what's your CPU usage when all programs are closed?
  4. Here's a few things you can check out: Is there any background stuff running that takes up GPU Is there any power saving setting on in your PC (if using nvdia, check the intel graphics panel, I KNOW... i hate it) There could be a setting causing your gpu to "limit" usage, usually noticable when you unplug power and even minecraft start lagging. Have you plugged in power or are you still on battery Are you sure you have the same graphics settings as in the video you found Updated all graphics drivers? I hope one of these helps you out, these are just some tips from experiences i've had before.

  6. Well, we do have tghat, but we require 16GB of ram, and at least 1TB of space, when i search for the one you say, and the option with the same price, It only has 512GB, but it's an SSD. But other than that it would be a good option.

  8. So for school I need quite a beefy laptop, but I do not know if I should buy the one they're selling or a similar one on the market. The one they provide is the: HP Zbook 15 G4 With these specs: i7-7700HQ 16GB RAM 256GB SSD + 1TB 15" FHD Anti glare HDMI / VGA Intel 8265 ac 2x2 NVIDIA Quadro M1200 4GB Price: 1.795€ or 2 105 US Dollar (I'm from belgium so there's 21% taxes :/) 1.795€1.75 € Now I'm not the biggest fan of HP because many friends that have a HP laptop say that they have many overheating problems, and not content of it. I am able to find similar laptops, but I do not know for which brand i should go. Any suggestions?
