Hi everybody,
I'm thinking about making a 3 monitor setup with the EVGA GTX 1050ti SCC. All I have left are some questions and I hope you guys can help me with it.
First, the 1050ti has a DVI, HDMI and a displayport output. But if I want to make a 3 monitor setup do the monitors need the same output?, like buy a 1 to 3 hub. I've looked for some displayport hubs put they are around 100 dollars and that's to expensive for me. But I also read an artical saying that if your monitor has a DVI, HDMI and a dispayport input , you can just hook them up from the graphic card. So 1 monitor connected with HDMI, the second with DVI an the third one with a displayport cable.
Does this work? Or do i need to buy a hub..
Second, I'm also thinking about buying a AMD processor with 6 or 8 cores (I don't know yet wich one, if you have some suggestions leave them below, please not above $234 dollars.). I've read that most games don't use more than 4 cores. But what if I'm playing a game and watching a video on Youtube, does Youtube/chrome than use the other cores or... something else? I don't fully understand AMD 4+ cores...
Also how do multi cores work with like photoshop and video making/rendering.
Last, what do I need to keep in mind when buying my monitors? I now that I need to buy the same monitors but are there any other things I need to keep in mind?
I would really appreciate some answers,
thanks for reading my post and I hope you could help me out.
