  1. Microsoft is just trying too hard. They can not even give us a 100%
  2. R7-240 https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GeForce-GT-710-vs-AMD-R7-240/m77649vsm8608
  3. It all depends on what you want to do with your monitor.
  4. The GPU is most likely causing the issues. I would try to reseed the GPU and see if that corrects the issue. If that dose not work If you have another GPU just laying around I would try that and see if you have issues. This would tell you if it's the GPU or the Motherboard.
  5. Personally I would set up multiple access points before spending the money on a mesh network. TP-Link has lots of options for this and a lot cheaper. It would be a lot more stable too.
  6. So I am tired of having a bunch of computers around for all my various tasks and persons needing to use a computer. So I have devised this Idea. I am hoping that my brain child will work and that I am not completely crazy. (Like that I was told from Microsoft when I pitched the idea to them for licensing) So what I am needing my box to do. A Plex Server, NAS, security camera footage storage and VM Ware 3 workstations with hopes to have power to run 5 in the future. running the workstations via zero client. WE do not do a lot of gaming. My wife Likes the sims and that's about it. So now the Build: Chaise: Corsiar Obsidian Series 900D Motherboard: ASUS Z10PE-D16 WS Processors: 2x Intel Xeon E5-2640 V4 Broadwell-EP 2.4 GHz 10 x 256KB L2 Cache 25MB L3 Cache LGA 2011-3 90W RAM: Kingston x16 32GB 2133MHz DDR4 ECC CL15 LRDIMM 4Rx4 GPU: 2x ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Turbo Edition Graphics Card Power supply: Corsiar HXi Series HX1200i Hard Drives: x3 10 TB Seagate BarraCuda Pro x6 10 TB Seagate IronWolf Pro x3 10 TB Seagate SkyHawk x4 800 GB Seagate Nytro XF1440 800 GB SSD So this is what I have so far. Still not sure about Raid controllers water cooling. So am I nuts or do you think that this could be a workable build?
