  1. it started happening about 3 months ago. I have been on other forums and have been searching for answers since then i honestly forgot about LTT forums until i had time to start watching tech channels again recently. I was working a job that had me on the road all week so my time to work on the issue was limited until i found a new job a week ago.
  2. I tired that and also i tried a different set of memory as well.
  3. My Build: Gigabyte Aorus Master z390 Mobo Corsair H150i Pro RGB 360mm AIO Intel i7 8086k Msi Gaming X Trio GTX 1080ti Corsair 3200mhz Vengeance RGB 16GB Corsair AX 860i PSU Samsung 860 Evo M.2 500gb SSD Build is only 4 months old and all parts are new but I keep having random blue screens with different errors each time. I cannot complete and 3D mark benches or stress tests without it crashing. I have done multiple fresh installs of windows, I have updated all drivers for windows, i did several clean installs of the nvidia driver, I have tried swapping motherboards. I tried different SSDs and Hard Disks. I also paired all of my components with a z170 motherboard and a 7700k and ran the system for several days without a single issue so im thinking that maybe its my CPU? The system is not even overclocked when this is happening. Seems to crash more frequently in benchmarks and games even on stock and recommended settings with the fans cranked and temps below 50c. Also it sometimes freezes instead of BSOD and when it does i have to restart it. When i do so after its off all of the RGB LEDs on my mobo, ram, cpu cooler blink rapidly and wont stop till i power it on again. I have attached my bluescreenview logs below. Thank you all for the help BlueScreenView Log.txt

  5. interesting on the hybrid card and noted on the KINGPIN being overkill.
  6. Im torn between a MSI gaming x trio, MSI Lighting z, Evga FTW 3 HYBRID, or the KINGPIN? Wondering if anyone has suggestions based on experience with these board partner cards. Air vs Liquid AIO for oc?
  7. correct. they were the most common voltages suggested in oc guides i found. people were saying they could get 5.0 with anywhere from 1.320 all the way up to 1.40 so i just tried to work my way up and made progress and thought i had 4.7 stable at one point but it still BSOD
  8. yeah i saw the review on that board by buildzoid i believe. the active vrm cooling is nice. i think ill get that one!!
  9. i may just get a board with better known power delivery if none of everyones suggestions work. I specifically bought the 8086k because its supposed to be binned and i hear that all of them should hit 5.0 with good cooling and enough juice. at least a high percentage of them anyway. i was able to get my 4970k to 4.9 with little to no effort and the same with my 7700k so i feel like ive got a poor performing component somewhere as you guys have been suggesting.
