  1. I'll try the cpu z test, the mobo and windows all seem to recognize and understand that 16gb are installed but the system also says that only 7.96 gb of it is usable.
  2. I have an MSI B350m pro motherboard and it only has two ram slots so I can't place them anywhere else. I've only tested each individual stick by trying to boot with one installed but I don't know of any other way to test them? I've also tried reversing the order but nothing changed.
  3. Hello, I couldn't find much on the subject so I'm asking again about an issue I'm running into on my new RYzen 1600 build. The issue is that windows reports me only having 7.9 GB of usable RAM even though I have two 8gb sticks in the system. I've tried resetting bios, using the msconfig trick, and booting on both single sticks but the issues persist. I also have latest bios with no help either. can anyone tell me why my system is running with that much missing. My system is a r5 1600 with a evga 1060 sc edition, 2 8gb sticks of corsair lpx fanservice
