Hello you guys I’ve been trying to help my friend build his first pc and we are going through a lot of trouble. We finally got all the parts together and built it. When we tried turning it on the fans on the cpu gpu and chassis fans were turning but nothing would display on the monitor or any beep code. We tried rechecking all the cables and tried without the gpu. We don’t know what to do at this point. If anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated. Hey guys, im looking to build a gaming pc with a budget for 750$, im only going to be playing some light games and cod here and there. I am coming from playing on a laptop for years so this PC just has to run some games at 60 fps 1080p

RTX or GTX series?

I game on a 2k screen and my 1070 isnt really holding up

Hey guys i built my PC in the summer of '17 and i feel it is time to get a little upgrade. I'm thinking of upgrading the cpu and gpu and mobo to game at 144hz 2k or just 144hz 1080p. If you feel that no upgrade is necessary explain why. My budget is around 1.5-2k CAD dollars. Thanks alot PCPartPicker Part List: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/J9xwNQ CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2 GHz 6-Core Processor ($183.44 @ Amazon Canada) Motherboard: ASRock - AB350M-HDV Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($127.03 @ Amazon Canada) Memory: Team - Vulcan 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($83.99 @ Newegg Canada) Storage: Western Digital - Blue 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($81.50 @ Vuugo) Storage: Seagate - BarraCuda 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ Newegg Canada) Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB G1 Gaming Video Card ($921.99 @ Amazon Canada) Case: BitFenix - Nova ATX Mid Tower Case Power Supply: EVGA - B3 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply Total: $1447.94 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2019-07-07 14:33 EDT-0400

hey guys, whenever i set my ram to 2933 (advertised speed is 3000mhz) using xmp it will cycle turning on and off until it boots to windows. When i check my ram speeds using cpuz it just shows 2133 (the speed that was set automatically) how do i fix this to get it to 2933mhz everytime i boot up? HI guys, whenever I set my ram to 3000 mhz ( advertised speed) my pc goes into a boot cycle where it turns off and on over again for about 5-6 times until it boots into windows. My clock speed is set at 2133 mhz automatically since I got it and it will boot normally at that speed. Is this a problem? Also I haven't updates my bios yet just used it straight from Box PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
