hi I am building a new pc and i am kinda stuck on what gpu i should buy. I am currently looking at the msi gtx 1070TI gaming for 458 euro's or the windforce rtx 2070 for 529. Is the performance difference worth the price? i will be playing games like gta v, black squad, pubg, COD 4 and rise of the tomb raider. this is by the way the rest of my build

Yea noctua make's great coolers but the fans do not fit my pc color so id probably have to buy otter fans of id have to paint them which i dont really wat to do
