  1. I'm trying to trim down so I will opt for that once I complete in ironing this build. They're roughly the same price with the WD Blue SSDs here, I don't know why though. lol
  2. 1. Taken into account. This would trim my cost down and allot more for a future SSD upgrade. 2. Pretty much yes since I might change my motherboard since I'm still looking for cheaper B350 chipset alternatives. I don't really want to do the Black/Red theme but the color & LED of the motherboard forced me to stick with it. 3. Honestly, I can't find a 450w PSU here. At first, I did considered a 550w but the price difference vs the 650w one is 4 usd tops so there's that. I might change my mind about this though and opt for the 550w again. 4. Either a Samsung 850 EVO or a WD Blue SSD is set for my next addition on the rig. I'm not sure when but I'm going to get one. 5. I'll look into this, thanks I do plan on getting an SSD and yes I do want it since my color theme would change if ever I find an alternative B350 chipset motherboard.
  3. I'm pretty much new with regards on building a PC so I did my homework while keeping on asking around. With regards to AIO or Liquid cooling, I haven't used one that's why I'm a bit iffy about my choice on the AIO from good/reputable companies and would match my Black-Red theme. Anyhow, this is the list of parts that I came up with: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Y8kVzM 1. Budget & Location For the build I’m doing, I allocated a budget of 1000~1100 USD (converted and rounded up/down, to and from Php just to double check). Everything that I listed is available here in the Philippines though I’m on a strict budget since everything is coming out of my pocket. 2. Aim I don't mind having a lowkey or eye-catching rig out there so I ended up doing a Black-Red color theme. Thanks MSI Anyway, this build will be used for various gaming loads starting from PAYDAY2 to single-player games like Battlefield 4, Web/System/Game Development with some graphic designing and editing some recorded video clips from games. I would want it to last 3~4 years so I'm trying to pack a lot of stock power before I start tweaking and overclocking stuffs but I’m not really sure if this would actually be future-proofed. 3. Monitors I’m only going to run with a single monitor, currently utilizing my 1366x768 monitor but will actually purchase a 1080p monitor within a span of ~3 months prior in completing the system. 4. Peripherals I’m good with my current peripherals that I’ve purchased. As for the OS, I’m opting for Windows 10 64-bit and is already waiting for my system. 5. Why are you upgrading? I’m using a 8-year old OEM PC from HP. It’s still usable for daily tasks and light workloads but I can’t really play newer titles since I'm well-aware of its age. I wouldn't really kill this system since I do intend on showcasing this in my room.
  4. I'm not really into SLI or Crossfire though. I'm used to running single cards to trim down the cost on the PSU while being able to give it a good headroom for the future. I don't really mind this but I'm dealing with the prices on the GPUs being sold by shops in the heat of Mining craze. I'll try to get a non-reference card but I'm having doubts that I could get one from a trustworthy individual. Given the how the used market functions here with some sellers not mentioning issues or hiding lemons on their product.
  5. Currently, I'm plotting out my Ryzen 5 1600X parts for 1080p gaming and I can't really pick a good GPU to pair it and won't screw me over after 4+ years. Originally I was going for a 1050 Ti to keep the overall costs low but I still kept asking around people who build rigs, most of them told me to go with a 1060 6gb in any case as this was the "sweet spot" for most cases if I have a budget of 150 to 300 usd for my GPU. I'm open for suggestions
