It's Ok. I figured it out. I set the said programs to run as admin by default. I didn't realize it would not allow them to open during start up because they require the user account control permission verification window. I do need some of the apps to be ran as admin... So Yeah, ran them through Task Scheduler to bypass that.

nope. i set them to start in the tray. they dont show up. i have my cpu temp displayed and my throttlestop profile. i set antimicro to launch so i can use my controller as mouse/kybrd (i have a gpd win max). they used to launch but now they dont andf i have to manually open each prog..... but windows defender, realtek audio settings, and the intel updater show up. weird.

everything seems to be enabled and set but hwinfo, throttlestop ,antimicro, and hotautokeys dont launch. they used to work, not sure what happened. the other apps start up fine.

nope it dont work at all.... I get that i can just use a different fan header but i only had 2 to begin with.... now i just have one. Anymore ideas I could try? Like why would this even happen? it was working fine till just yesterday and i've not been doing anything hardware-wise to it.

nope still no good.cmos cleared and reflashed bios..... its frustrating that it will actually run during all that but not when im actually at the bios/windows..... sigh

That is actually a neat trick heheh...... anyways its so odd .... i unplugged the fan and it doesnt care.... it just ignores the fact there is no cpu fan.... the rest of the system fans work fine..... its just the cpu fan in the cpu fan header..... even when it was plugged in the fan utility either on bios or windows just register 0 rpm even if you calibrate it.... itll just go through the process as if its there working.... wont say its not connected or not working.... wtf

there's a "qflash plus" button.... will that work?

i made the mistake of using the bios updater utility in windows..... it blue screened (that was not a pleasant moment). is there a way to clear the CMOS on an x570 without opening the Computer? its a very cramp itx build...... I really would rather not....

No i have not but i actually just almost bricked my mobo when it shut down as i was updating the bios. so I had to use qflash and this is the latest bios now.... fan still not working.... should i still clear the cmos?

my fan stop is disabled and definitely not on silent mode, i put it in performance mode..... fan still stops spinning....

i've got a 3950x running on a aorus x570i....... it runs fine till today when i noticed it getting hot while just browsing or idle... turns out the CPU fan doesnt spin..... or stops spinning to be more precise.... itll run fin during start up but once you are in the bios or windows it will just stop and not work anymore.... weird. What's going on? how do i fix this?

Basically I have 2 screens... one is a smart TV hdmi 2.0 and one is a regular monitor both @60hz (the tv is 4k and the monitors is 1080p but I run them both on 1080p).... problem is they dont seem to want to run at 60hz when they are both plugged into my GPU.... the monitor black screens when I run a game (it also gets burn ins during regular use) and the TV gets lines and pixel artifacts when I run a video or a game on it. If I switch both to 30hz they work better (no black screens and artifacts and burn ins) but now some of my games dont run well coz they only run at 60hz and things just get choppy and laggy. If I connect only one of them at a time, they work fine.... no issues.... it's odd..... I dunno if its broken cable or port pins or the GPU itself that's the problem....

How big is the performance difference (temp) between say a noctua 120mmx12mm as compared to a noctua 120mmx25mm? I'm not sure if its worth to it to switch from one to the other.....
