  1. Thanks, but setting the cpu maximum power state to 50% will reduce the performance of the laptop and I'll mostly be travelling, that's why I use a laptop for intensive tasks.
  2. My laptop is power throttling when running on battery and thermal throttling when plugged in when rendering and playing games. Is there any fix for this? (The laptop is MSI GS65)

  5. I wanted something thin and light that's why I went for XPS or GS65 and also I want something professional as I'll also be using it for work.

I'll be using it for moderate gaming, 3D rendering and fluid flow simulations Any other suggestions are also welcome( I need a thin and light since it is also my work laptop)
