  1. If you a) have the spare cash, b) have the time to wait, and c) are okay turning your settings down a little bit (even a 1080 would struggle): then you could look at the Acer Predator x35 slated to come out next year. 35" curved ultra wide, 3440*1440, 21:9, G-Sync, HDR, and wait for it.... It runs at 200hz. Though, it'll likely be priced around $1,300 like the x34.
  2. Still fairly new to the forums, so apologies in advance if I am missing any information or misunderstanding any guidelines. I'm looking to (ideally) take my headphones and microphone and mix their input/output between a console and desktop. I'll try and clarify a little more: I'm looking to take my headset (which uses two 3.5mm jacks {3-pole}, but can easily be adapted to a single 4-pole) and mix my audio (headphones and microphone) between two devices. I'd like to be able to either: a) mix headphone audio between two devices (music and game audio from two different devices) switch microphone audio between two devices (communication to either Skype or Party chat) b) duplicate microphone audio to each device and mix headphone audio from each Note: Currently using a pair of M50x's with a Modmic 5. Using Antlion's USB Headphone/Microphone adapter to connect to my console or front panel usb on my pc. Apologies if that was convoluted, worded poorly, or confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  3. I might be able to make that work. Not in the specific way I was thinking, but it is definitely an option worth considering. I hadn't thought about that. I might try using a wall powered receiver mounter to my nightstand, instead of it dangling from my headphones, like I had envisioned. Thank you both for your help!
  4. Hey, I'm brand new to the forums, so I apologize if I've posted this in the wrong section, or am missing something in making this. I've always heard LTT forums were a great place to look for tech advice, and as such am looking for recommendations. I'm looking for a 3.5mm wireless transmitter and receiver, and have been unable to find one fitting my criteria. I don't need anything large or fancy. I'm just looking to use to M50x's from my bed, connected to my computer, without getting an offensively long cable. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
