I was looking to build a PC with a 3000USD budget that would support two monitors of 4k 60hz and 1080p 144hz respectively. Streaming and gaming are my main priorities, but I will still be doing some video editing as well. If I don't really care for noise levels and looks, and also if I am looking to multitask a bunch, would the parts that I picked out be fitting? (I was especially worried on whether or not my CPU would be a bottleneck on the graphics card)

(For cheaper RAM)
As a side note, I was wondering if a founders edition 1080ti graphics card provides any extra performance compared to the asus 1080ti 11gb one I chose, rather than just looking prettier.
Also, is this build good for possible future upgrades? Especially in the graphics card and storage department.
