The aoi water cooling solution seems a bit daunting to me. As I've only helped with a few builds before, all of which have had air cooling for the CPU, does the water cooling require any experience with liquid cooling to install?

I was looking to build a PC with a 3000USD budget that would support two monitors of 4k 60hz and 1080p 144hz respectively. Streaming and gaming are my main priorities, but I will still be doing some video editing as well. If I don't really care for noise levels and looks, and also if I am looking to multitask a bunch, would the parts that I picked out be fitting?
