i purchased the Razer Deathadder Elite the month it came out had one big issue with it but they never told me a fix or let me refund. The issue is that when i'm in game or just using my pc for everyday use the DPI changes itself from 400 DPI to 1800 randomly and it's unbearable to navigate myself to the razer synapse app to turn it back down again as the two switches on the mouse doesn't turn it down below 800, i dont want to have to keep tabbing out of the game to set it back to normal so i was hoping one of you tech gurus out there can give me a fix or something to prevent this issue. Thank You
