  1. I haven't thought about this at all, thank you for the advice.
  2. A while ago there was a video about the LG Ergo Dual in which Linus said. A video will be released about a whole bunch of monitor arms and a respective comparison. Does anyone think this video will be released or did it got scrapped? Anyways I don't want to wait any longer so do you have suggestions for a dual monitor arm. This are my specs and what I am looking for: Screens: Two LG 27GN800-B Size: 27" Weight: 11.7lbs / 5.3kg per monitor Mounting standard: Vesa compliant 3.94"×3.94" / 100mm×100mm Mount: Clamp mount Features: Height adjustment, +90°/-90° Tilting, 180° Swiveling, 360° Rotating
  3. I think better looking is more important than high FPS, currently I'm playing at potatoe graphics at 25-30 FPS, everything will be an improvement, but I play games like Cities Skylines, Rocket League, Minecraft, Forza Horizon 3, I think IPS is almost a must.
  4. It is my first PC, so I don't have that much preference, that's why I ask you. But don't you think it is weired and looks ugly in your room if you have 2 different sized monitors?
  5. I'm building my first PC Specs: GPU: GTX 1080, maybe 1080 TI CPU: i7 7700K PSU: Corsair CS650M RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB CL16 3200MHz SSD: WD 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe WDS512G1X0C HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST4000DM005 4 TB MOB: Asus ROG Strix Z270G CASE: Corsair CC-9011085-WW FAN: NZXT Kraken X52 RL-KRX52-02 240mm So I have a budget of 700€ (~800$) and I want to have a dual monitor setup, first I wanted to go with a 4K (LG 27UD68-B) and a HD monitor (LG 27MP68VQ-P or LG 27MP68HM-P), but I heared it looks weired if you have 2 different resolutions when you drag a window or even the mouse to another monitor. So maybe two 2K monitors are a better choice? IDK, I will use the monitors mostly for gaming(no fps games more like slowgames with nice graphics), but also for some photo editing and multi tasking. Preferable the two monitos should look identical like the LG 27UD68-B and the LG 27MP68HM-P, I would also prefer IPS and a thin edge, the size should be 25-28". So what is your opinion which 2 monitors would you choose with 700€?
  6. Thanks man you really helped me out, I have looked for it that for quiet a while. But if it is only about Freesync it doesn't matter, because I will buy a GTX, thank you very much.
  7. So vq supports freesync, but only over d-sub? Because both monitors support Freesync?
  8. So just that you know I'm building my first PC specs are here(Maybe you can check this too if you think I should change some parts):GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Aero OC 8GB NvidiaCPU: Intel Core i7-7700KMOTHERBOARD: Asus ROG Strix Z270GRAM: Ballistix Sport LT 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR4 2400 MT/sPSU: Corsair CP-9020077-EU CS Serie CS650MSSD: Samsung MZ-N5E500BW 850 EVO SSD 500GBHDD: Seagate Barracuda ST4000DM005 4 TBFAN: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer 120CASE: Corsair CC-9011085-WW Carbide SeriesMONITOR-1: LG 27UD68P-BMONITOR-2: LG 27MP68VQ-P or LG 27MP68HM-PBut the main problem is I want to have a setup with 2 monitors one with 4K the LG 27UD68P-B and one with the same specs(27", IPS, 60Hz, Color, Stand) just with another resolution, I have found 2 the LG 27MP68VQ-P and the LG 27MP68HM-P, but I can't find the difference, the LG 27MP68HM-P is between 20€ and 5£ more expensive. So the main goal is to find the Monitor which matches exactly the LG 27UD68P-B, if they both match I would like to now which is better. Maybe you can also link me to a site where you see the lg monitor name specifications. And maybe you can check my setup if everything would work together, the PC isn't build yet. THANK YOULink to the spec sheets of the monitors:http://www.lg.com/global/business/monitor/monitor-products/lg-27MP68VQ-Phttp://www.lg.com/hk_en/monitor/lg-27MP68HM-P I also posted this Question on tomshardware: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-3444877/27mp68vq-27mp68hm-difference.html
  9. It is probably a bit late, but I know 67 = is the version number or the year -B = is the color (-B=Black, -W=White) I have struggles with the numbers after the number for example 27MP68VQ-P or 27MP68HM-P what does the VQ or HM mean?
