Breakdown13

Morning! I installed a new mobo (Asus Maximus Hero XI) and Cpu (9900k) last night along with the Kraken z63. I have the cooler hooked up exactly the way the manual instructed. The 3 pin fan is plugged into AIO_Pump on my motherboard. The radiator fans are connected to the fan splitter coming off the pump. I have the sata power connected as well as the usb cable from the pump to the motherboard. I turned on the system and everything posted. The cooler powered on and was running, but the radiator fans were not. I unplugged them and then back in. I also unplugged the sata power and back in and the cooler turned off and will not turn back on. The PC powers on fine, but I cant the cooler to operate. Any ideas? Thanks!

I just tried disabling the headset, and when I restart it gets enabled again. Hmmm any ideas?

Well until recently I would just switch between the two when I wanted to use one or the other. I never had to disable. I think something messed up when there was updates the other day. I use the headset regularly so I dont want to have to disable it if possible.

I keep setting my default audio device to my speakers, but when I restart my pc the settings default back to my usb headset. I even rename the device and change the icon and it reverts back. Any ideas?

Hello I keep changing the name of one of my audio devices in sound settings. I also keep changing the icon of the device and everytime I restart my PC it reverts back to what it was before. I have my speakers plugged into my PC via line out and arctis pro + gamedac plugged in via usb. In sound settings the arctis pro keeps defaulting to title of speaker(usb) and has the speaker icon. I rename it and change the icon and it just wont stick. Thanks

No I am not only looking at wireless. This is mostly for PC gaming so I am open to all ideas.

I just really want something with game/chat audio mixer. Most Dacs dont have that right?

I am sorry I should have clarified. Those temps are under full load stress with Prime95. The highest I got was 72 degrees I was just concerned about the 13 degrees variance between core 0 and core 1

Thank you! I will do that. Yeah I am pretty sure I did fine with the LM and the Lm on the underside of the IHS. I will reapply and see what happens. Thanks!

Are those decent temps under load for an I7-7700k after delidding?

Thanks and I also noticed there was some differences in core temps while under load. core 0- 72c core1-59c core 2-67 core3-65 is it normal to have 10+ degrees difference?

I just did my first delid on my i7 7700k and haven’t gotten over 71c under load. The question I have is I don’t notice much difference in idle temps after the delid. Is this normal? I am around 29-33c idle. thabks
